24 hr security guard Staffs are friendly 24 hr restaurant serves good food. Convenient store right under the hotel get anything you need Amenities such as coin laundry are near too Good parking for motorbikes under shelter (although it can get abit crowded) Walkable distance from Sutthisan MRT Love it when hotels allow for extra key card

Accessibility - 5/5 (surrounded with 7/11, tops, max valu; 5min walk to train and bus station, taxi and motorbike just outside the hotel) Comfort - 5/5 Free pool access from 8am to 9pm Have own restaurant Have lift Room is big with table, sofa, fridge, kettle, TV. Bathroom have bath tub. AC is in good condition. The fridge was broken in the room we were assigned to so they moved us to the next room right away. Water bottle are provided everyday. Shampoo and shower gel small are replaced daily

The hotel staff would go out there way to help you even we did have a language problem sometimes if they was unsure they would go get help from another member of staff

Price is almost half from similar room in Bangkok city center. Family room for 4 is spacious and comfortable. Inhouse restaurant and mini market was great.

I liked everything about the hotel. The hotel is big, there is 14 floors. Location is great, Pratunam and chatuchak market are near that hotel. The staff are really helpful.

The view from the room is amazing, the room itself is comfortable, the ac works perfectly, the housekeeping is always asking to clean the room.

Extremely good value for money. 24 hour restaurant and massage salon on site, and a tiny pool.
